Yes, you can take the Latero-flora and Ultimate Probiotic together for additional digestive support. Since they have different probiotic strains, you can take both of them 20 minutes before your meal.
Would I be able to take the Latero-Flora daily?
Yes, you can continue taking the Latero-Flora after the cleanse. We recommend taking two capsules 20 minutes before your first meal. After one month, reduce the dosage to 2-3 times weekly.
Does Latero-Flora need to be refrigerated?
