Although it is recommended to take the Latero-flora 20 minutes before breakfast, the product will still be effective and work just as well if taken 20 minutes before lunch or dinner.
Can I take Latero-flora and the Ultimate Probiotic together?
Yes, you can take the Latero-flora and Ultimate Probiotic together for additional digestive support. Since they have different probiotic strains, you can take both of them 20 minutes before your meal.
Would I be able to take the Latero-Flora daily?
Yes, you can continue taking the Latero-Flora after the cleanse. We recommend taking two capsules 20 minutes before your first meal. After one month, reduce the dosage to 2-3 times weekly.
Does Latero-Flora need to be refrigerated?
Can I take the Latero-Flora while pregnant?
Generally, probiotics are safe to take while pregnant, but it is always best to touch base with your healthcare provider before adding products to your regimen.
What is the shelf life for this product once it has been opened?
