Shipping & Handling Policy

We ship worldwide. Free shipping is available for all orders within the United States that exceed $50.

Processing and Delivery Times:

  • Fulfillment: Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to process orders within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping: For orders within the United States, your package should arrive within 2-4 business days once it's on its way. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your order, please note that Easy Detox cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or stolen after the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
  • All our shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation. If your tracking information indicates delivery but you haven't received your order, we advise contacting the carrier promptly for further investigation.

Return to Sender: Should an order be marked for return, rest assured, we'll make every effort to make it right. We'll reach out to you for the corrected address and happily reship your order, free of charge.

  • However, should we not receive a response within 7 days, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
