Opened Bottles:
- Due to our strict quality standards and hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns on opened bottles.

Returns on Sealed & Unopened Bottles:
- We accept returns for sealed and unopened bottles within 14 days of receiving the product.
- If you wish to return a sealed and unopened bottle, please contact us within the specified timeframe.
- Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Address Change Policy:
- Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address changes.
- If you need to update your shipping address, please email us with your order number and new address as soon as possible.
